Two giant music companies, Sony Music and GMM Grammy, have joined hands for the first time to hold a tribute concert in memory of the deceased King of Pop, Michael Jackson, and the concert will feature numerous artists from both companies.
The red carpet was rolled out for various superstars and celebrities to walk in and watch Michael Jackson's “This Is It“ documentary, which shows footage of the deceased King of Pop during hundreds of rehearsal hours.
However, the event also turned out to be a press conference held by two major music companies, Song Music Entertainment Thailand and GMM Grammy at which they announced that they would join hands for the first time, announcing plans for a special concert entitled “This Is It: a Thailand Tribute Concert for Michael Jackson“.
The “This Is It: Thailand Tribute Concert for Michael Jackson” is said to be a top ranked concert for those who truly love the King of Pop.
In addition, Thailand was also the first country to officially receive permission from Sony's original affiliation abroad to organize the concert.
Various artists will also be performing at the concert such as Tata Young, Pat Suthasinee, Ben Chalatit, and Peck Palitchoke. They said, in unison, that they felt honored to be able to perform the songs of the legendary singer who passed away.
What's more, many artists from both music companies will also be joining the concert.
