| Thousands of Police Stormed Govt House at 3 a.m. |

Thousands of police officers stormed the gate of Government House in an alleged attempt to set up an operation taskforce from inside the government seat.
At 3 a.m., thousands of riot police officers have been dispatched to the Phisanulok Road side of the Goverment House. They attempted to enter the compound through gate no. 4 but were pushed back by the volunteer guards of the People's Alliance for Democracy.
Several of the guards suffered injuries when they were hit with the riot police's batons.
The riot police surrounded the PAD protesters while activities on the makeshift stage inside the Government House continued.
The small number of PAD volunteer guards continue to stand guard.
In addition to the riot police, Border Patrol police units have also been dispatched to scene.
