More than 500 police officers are surrounding PAD protesters inside Government House.
Riot police, Border Patrol police and Metropolitan police units have been dispatched to the Government House to monitor the PAD rally.
The PAD has also assigned their own volunteer guards, including the male members of the PAD supporters, to monitor the movement of the police. They are to notify the PAD staff of any unusual activities.
