Army Chief Says No Coup But Worries About Use of Force

The Army Commander-in-chief is adamant there'll not be another coup but expresses concern over the use of force against PAD protesters at Makawan Bridge.

General Anupong Paochinda reiterates his belief that there'll not be another coup. He adds the military will not interfere with the police's operations.

However the army chief also believes this is not yet the time to declare a state of emergency or implement any security bills.
