Sondhi: PAD Will Not Let Policy Declaration Happen

		Core PAD leader Sondhi Limthongkul announces on the PAD stage at Government House that today will be the deciding day. He insists the PAD will not let the government's policy declaration happen and will prevent Parliamentarians from entering the Parliament compound. He adds if they can enter, the PAD will block them from leaving.
