Democrats Boycott Parliamentary Session

Opposition Leader Abhisit Vejjajiva


Democrats leader Abhisit Vejjajiva has announced that the party will boycott the government's delivery of policy statement this morning.

Abhisit also declared that the Democrat party will no longer participate in the four-party meeting with the government, the Upper House and the Lower House.

He criticized the government for not being sincere in its efforts to bring about national reconciliation. He's also criticized the authorities for failing to use soft approaches to handle PAD protesters in front of Parliament this morning.
