The red shirt group or the Democratic Alliance against Dictatorship is creating unrest outside Parliament after Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva is voted the new prime minister of the country.

Images show the red shirt group placing metal barricades at the exits of Parliament in protest of the prime minister vote. The group has also reportedly closed off Uthong Road, adjacent to Parliament, and has called on its supporters to come out and join its forces.
